While we all navigate these difficult and uncertain times together we want to update everyone on what we’re doing here at our office. As all of you know, this is a situation that changes every day so if anything shifts we’ll let you know!
-Our office phones are always staffed. Our agents are primarily working from home, and we are fortunate to be able to be just as effective remotely.
-Office hours are still 9-5 M-F, Saturday 9-12.
We have asked that non-essential visits to the office be stopped for the time being
-An agent will be at the office for floor time.
-Showings are still taking place, and we have the ability to conduct virtual showings of our listings.
-Closings are taking place still, although we are taking steps to reduce face to face meetings.
-There is still great market activity, and we think that while the current situation will slow down sales in the interim, the market will prevail.
