Founded in 1993 by mother and son Marian and Gary Maggi, a Berthoud family with deep roots in the Berthoud Community. From new homes sales, resales, vacant land, commercial sales and leasing, RE/MAX Town & Country has the experience needed to get the job done.

Gary Maggi

Gary started his real estate career in 1993 and has served as Managing Broker since 2005. He is involved in all facets of real estate brokerage including resale residential, new residential sales, vacant land, land development, commercial/industrial sales and leasing and property management. A lifelong Berthoud resident and CSU graduate, he has served as President of the Loveland/Berthoud Association of REALTORS and Director of the Colorado Association of REALTORS. He has been Berthoud Citizen of the Year, Realtor of the Year and currently serves on the Berthoud Fire Protection District’s Board of Directors along with the IRES (MLS) Board of Managers. He and his wife, Misha, have two children, Maryn and Nate.

Marian Maggi

Marian was born and raised on a farm near Deer Trail, Colorado. She and Gary Sr. celebrated over 50 years of marriage. They moved from Denver to Berthoud, via Loveland, in 1976 for Gary’s job with Great Western Sugar Company. Their children, Wynne and Gary, are graduates of Berthoud High and chose to raise their families and businesses in Berthoud. Her four grandchildren range in age from middle school to college graduate and are all products of the Berthoud schools. Marian graduated from CU Boulder in 1967, and began her real estate career in Berthoud in 1985. Named Realtor of the Year in 1993, she serves on the Board of RAFT (Rural Alternatives for Transportation), a volunteer organization that drives seniors, developmentally disabled and people temporarily unable to drive for medical reasons, and is a long-standing member of P.E.O.

Lisa was born and raised in Torrington, WY. After moving to Berthoud, CO in 1997, she met her husband Kolbe. They have 3 children, Addison, Wyatt and Shaylee, who all attend Berthoud schools. In 2014 she joined the team at RE/MAX Town & Country.
In addition to serving as Office Manager, Lisa is a licensed Realtor, and would be happy to help you with real estate needs. She enjoys spending time with family & friends, camping, playing softball and watching kids in their sporting events.

Leo and his family moved to Colorado by choice from Illinois, where he grew up in Chicago and then Skokie. He obtained his undergraduate degree and later his law degree from the University of Illinois.
More than a decade ago, Leo began to transition into real estate brokerage to follow a life-long interest in real estate and home ownership as a foundation of family and community stability. He handles both residential and commercial transactions, including an occasional industrial property. Leo is a member of the Loveland-Berthoud Board of Realtors, the Colorado and National Boards of Real Estate, and he also maintains his membership in the Colorado State Bar Association.

Renae is a multiple generation “Northern Colorado Native”. Born in Boulder, she has spent her life in Northern Colorado.
In 2004, having more than 20 years’ experience as a property manager/investor, Renae decided to follow her life dream to become a licensed Realtor®. This allowed her to share her property experience and area knowledge to benefit others.
She has 4 grown sons and was an “at home Mom” for 22 years. She now enjoys being a grandmother to 9 wonderful grandchildren and loves exploring Colorado in her free time. She adds an honest caring to all transactions with integrity as deep as her Colorado heritage.

Amber is just beginning her Realestate career in 2021 as an Associate Broker after spending the last 11 years as a nail technician. She has experience working in the Vail/Longmont/Berthoud environments in the luxury service industries building on her customer service, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills. She is most looking forward to working in her own community to help people with all of their Realestate needs. Tiffany Brodie

Tiffany was born in Kansas City, Missouri where she lived until relocating to Colorado in 2006. Since being in Colorado, she has worked in Northern Colorado, Boulder, and Denver and has had the chance to live in Firestone, Lyons, Longmont, Erie, and now Berthoud, so she is very familiar with the metro and northern Colorado areas.
Tiffany serves as the Executive Director for Berthoud Habitat for Humanity. She has a longstanding passion for real estate, which is proven by her 18+ personal real estate transactions encompassing new construction, resale, remodeling, and land. Additionally, she has 30+ years of professional work experience, including corporate event management, sales and marketing support, budgeting and grants fiscal management and human resources management, in both public and higher education, at St. Vrain Valley School District and the University of Colorado. Her well-rounded experience and network has given her a competitive advantage in this market.
She has come to realize and understand the many complexities and legalities involved in real estate and has made it her goal to provide an exemplary level of service. In doing so, she strives to take a holistic approach by walking her clients through the process and serving as their advocate in alignment with her values, which are rooted in integrity, authenticity, and commitment.
Tiffany and her husband Mark live in Heron Lakes at TPC Colorado, in Berthoud, and have a blended family of 7 children and 2 grandchildren. They enjoy being active in the community and she serves on three local philanthropic board of directors. Tiffany loves to entertain family and friends and spends time at CrossFit or on the golf course in her spare time.
